Position : Care Partner (Full‑Time)

Location : Mentor, Ohio

Starting Wage : $18.00 – $23.75 per hour

Shift Schedule : Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 pm–7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

• Proactive: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for caring for residents.
• Possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and help after falls.
• Must be criminally cleared.
