Care Navigator - Temporary

Providing telephonic assistance, the temporary part-time Member Care Navigator I will manage inbound calls, verify member information, and offer referrals while working remotely during the second shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Key responsibilities: Promptly answer, screen, and triage inbound telephone calls while documenting activities accurately Research and provide routine referrals based on members' specific needs and assist with authorizations, benefits, and claims inquiries Make outbound enrollment calls to explain program components and schedule appointments for members Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health field preferred Experience working in a behavioral health environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to learn new computer systems rapidly and document all activities accurately Bilingual candidates preferred
