Guiding older adults and their caregivers through the intake process, the full-time remote Care Navigator will provide compassionate support, care coordination, and emotional guidance to ensure patients feel understood and confident in their journey toward mental health care. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, facilitating the intake process with warmth and professionalism Coordinate care by matching patients with appropriate therapists and resources, ensuring a smooth transition into care Maintain organization and attention to detail while managing multiple patients at different stages of the intake process Required qualifications Demonstrated empathy and effective communication skills, especially in emotionally charged situations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfort with technology and willingness to learn various software tools, including EHR platforms and CRMs Alignment with the mission of improving mental health care access for older adults Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required
