Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, facilitating the intake process with empathy and professionalism Coordinate care by matching patients with appropriate therapists and resources, ensuring they feel understood and supported Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail throughout the process Required qualifications Strong interest in mental health and healthcare access for older adults Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace and EHR platforms Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple patients at various stages of the intake process Empathetic communication skills that foster trust and reassurance during difficult conversations
