Connecting potential clients to appropriate services, the full-time Care Navigator - Illinois Licensed will manage incoming calls, open new client inquiries, and provide backup for reception duties in a remote setting for residents of IL, WI, or IA. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls, greet callers, and transfer calls to the appropriate parties Open new client inquiries in the system and collaborate with the Access department Handle incoming faxes and ensure timely responses to service calls Required qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of one year of switchboard experience or equivalent General customer service experience preferred Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred
