Care Manager

As a Caregiver , you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

Your responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) , documenting changes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence, and engaging residents through conversation and activities.

You will support dining services, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and communicate effectively with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED , age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Essential skills are compassion, reliability, and strong communication .
