Care Director: Lead Memory Care & Team Growth

Aegis Living is seeking a Care Director to lead and manage the care team, including CMs, MCMs and ACDs, in partnership with the Health Services Director to ensure residents receive assessed, high-quality care and timely communication with families.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, staff development, and a focus on memory care programming to build secure, compassionate care environments for residents and their families.
