Leading a team of Care Coordinators, the full-time Care Coordinator Supervisor will manage daily operations to ensure high-quality care coordination services are delivered via phone, chat, and email, while providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to support program participants effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Care Coordinators to ensure effective participant care coordination and follow-up services Monitor team performance and service quality to ensure compliance with established service level agreements and program requirements Analyze operational metrics and participant feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, or a related social science discipline Minimum of five years relevant experience, including three years in call center customer service and two years in a supervisory role Demonstrated knowledge of contact center operations and customer service best practices Strong leadership and employee development skills U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
