The role oversees assigned staff, ensures compliance with agency and state requirements, and provides direct client services as needed.Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:Hire, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and schedule assigned staff in accordance with licensure and agency policyOversee clinical operations, treatment planning, care coordination, documentation, and service deliveryMonitor productivity, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance (OMAS, Joint Commission), and program budgetsDevelop, evaluate, and improve program policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiativesProvide direct care coordination, case management, and nursing services within scope of practice as neededMaintain communication with physicians, referral sources, community partners, and agency leadershipEnsure staff training, licensure compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical guidelinesEducation & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another Mental health-related field preferred.LSW or LPC preferredMinimum of 3 years clinical experience, including behavioral health2–3 years of supervisory experience managing staff (required)CPR certification required within 90 days of hireCPI certification required within 90 days of hireStrong knowledge of mental illness and chronic physical health conditions in individuals with serious mental illnessWorking knowledge of substance abuse issues and recovery principlesUnderstanding of mental health and substance abuse laws and regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends/holidays) and travel between multiple locationsUnison Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
