Focused on providing exceptional patient care in a fully remote environment, the full-time Care Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, triaging requests, and ensuring seamless communication across medical staff and resources. Key responsibilities: Answer current and prospective patient questions while ensuring excellent patient satisfaction Triage inquiries to appropriate medical staff and troubleshoot patient technical issues Support members with lab, pharmacy, and mental health resource needs Required qualifications: Strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience and commitment to increasing access to gender-affirming care 2+ years in a customer service role with a proven track record of excellent service Attention to detail with skills in data management and data entry Empathetic written and verbal communication abilities Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
