Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human‑animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, and we’re building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up. Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets, acting as the first and last touchpoint to ensure a welcoming, supportive, and efficient visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet pet parents and their four‑legged friends and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience
- Manage the schedule of daily appointments and walk‑ins
- Take and make calls and communicate via email to other veterinary practices and clients as necessary
- Keep common areas clean and well‑stocked
- Provide a high level of hospitality for pet parents, answering questions and providing information and education as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client‑facing receptionist role
- Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
- Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus
