Providing telephonic support to clients' employees, the full-time Care Champion will assist in navigating healthcare and wellness programs, manage complex benefit inquiries, and help reduce stress while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist clients and their families in understanding and accessing healthcare services and wellness programs Manage and resolve complex benefit and claim issues, escalating as necessary Organize and prioritize multiple client advocacy cases in a fast-paced call center environment Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum three years of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience Demonstrated experience managing client advocacy cases requiring multiple interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry Ability to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week, including evenings and weekends
