In this role, you will prepare and maintain surgical instruments, ensure a sterile field, and anticipate the needs of cardiovascular surgeons throughout procedures. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to promote safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
