Responsibilities
- Perform a range of cardiovascular surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), aneurysm repair, valve repair/replacement, and vascular surgeries
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
- Ensure the highest standards of surgical safety, precision, and quality during all procedures
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Stay current on advancements in cardiovascular surgical procedures, techniques, and technologies

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Valid Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- 3-5 years of post-training experience
- Demonstrated experience in performing cardiovascular surgeries with a strong track record of successful patient outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice
- Experience with minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques (preferred)
