Requirements
- At least five years of experience post training
- Diplomate of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
- Active FL medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Experience in all aspects of cardiovascular surgery with skills in minimally invasive or mitral valve repair
- Interest in percutaneous catheters and robotics a plus
