CompHealth is seeking a skilled CV/Thoracic Surgeon for an assignment that includes in-house call coverage multiple days per month. This role requires proficiency in general CV/thoracic surgery skills, including coronary artery bypass and valvular repair. The successful candidate will provide coverage until an additional surgeon is recruited, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-house call coverage multiple days per month
- See 3 patients per 24-hour shift
- Respond to calls within 20 minutes
- Perform coronary artery bypass (on/off pump) and valvular repair
- Perform aneurysm repair, lung resection, esophagus & diaphragm surgeries
Compensation
- $375 - $450 hourly
- Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
