Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
  

Requirements

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No block scheduling.
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 07/04/2025, 09/01/2025, 05/26/2025, 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
