Cytokinetics is launching a first-in-class cardiac myosin inhibitor for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). As a Cardiovascular Account Specialist, you will lead the territory launch, own key accounts, and collaborate with medical, payer, and patient navigation teams to maximize access and patient impact.
You will travel 25%–75%, build territory plans, and act as a trusted resource to cardiology clinics, IDNs, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies while delivering on aggressive sales objectives.
