Job Summary
Leading Heart Program in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is seeking a CT-APP with EVH experience to assist 3 employed cardiothoracic surgeons at Grand Strand Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily rounding on patients pre and post‑operatively.
- Conduct follow‑up assessments in the clinic.
- Expected call schedule of 1:3.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
- Have a South Carolina license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
- 2 or more years’ experience with all routine heart surgery procedures and thoracic procedures.
- Understanding of clinic follow-ups and post‑op outpatient care.
- Exposure to minimally invasive procedures a plus.
- Experience in EVH and 1st assist in surgery required.
