Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity | Central Florida

We’re actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a high-performing, collaborative surgical team at a respected community-based hospital in Central Florida . This is a full-time, employed position offering excellent support, competitive compensation, and a quality-of-life-oriented schedule in a growing, vibrant region.

Position Overview

• Setting: Non-academic, community hospital environment
• Schedule: Full-time with shared call and robust APP support
• Clinic Duties: ~1 day per week for post‑op and new patient visits
• Inpatient Support: Provided by experienced APPs, critical care, and anesthesia teams
• Facilities: 351‑bed hospital with 3 dedicated CVORs
• Call: Shared call model; 30‑minute response required

Join a Collaborative Team

• 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons
• 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Support from ICU, anesthesia, and hospitalist colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO, Board-Certified/Eligible in Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgery
• Open to new graduates
• Must meet hospital call response requirements
• No leadership or teaching duties required
