AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their nationally recognized program in Northwest Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac surgery, with an optional interest in thoracic surgery and program development. Surgeons will enjoy working within a high-performing, faith-based health system that offers access to an expert multidisciplinary team and advanced robotics.

- Nationally recognized program in Northwest Georgia
- Robust cardiology program, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pulmonology, interventional neurology, radiology, and experienced OR staff
- Strong APP support and CT navigator support
- 12-bed designated ICU
- Established program with robotics including 2 Da Vinci robots
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of adult cardiothoracic procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement
- Help to lead and grow our thoracic program throughout our Georgia market
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, pulmonologists, and critical care physicians
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical outcomes initiatives

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible through American Board of Thoracic Surgery
- Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
