This is a unique opportunity to become part of an established, high-functioning CT Surgery program with immediate Cardiac and Thoracic case volumes. The role offers strong Cardiology and Vascular support, along with a clear shareholder path.
Practice Info
- Growing team of 2 experienced CT Surgeons and 3 APPs
- Cardiovascular team includes 20 Cardiologists and 4 Vascular Surgeons
- CVS Co-management agreement with Iowa’s largest health system
- Single location – Level I Trauma Center
- Access to 2 designated cardiac surgery ORs and 2 hybrid procedural suites
- Team of 13 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesiologists
Responsibilities
- Perform immediate Cardiac and Thoracic case volumes
- Engage in robotic thoracic procedures
- Participate in opportunities for program development
- Teach and work with residents
Compensation
- Guarantee of $800,000 + RVU and Quality Incentives
- Up to $100,000 Signing Incentive
- Shareholder Track (Physician Ownership)
