- Part of Carondelet Medical Group (CMG), a multi-specialty group with over 100 providers
- Collaborative cardiovascular team including interventional cardiology, advanced heart valve therapies, and electrophysiology
- Access to a hybrid OR and robotic surgical platform
- Dedicated support team including a practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
- Centralized billing, credentialing, and HR resources
- Affiliated with St. Mary's Hospital, a 2024 AHA Stroke Gold Plus Award recipient and designated Cardiac Receiving Center
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care
- Perform 5-7 surgeries weekly
- Participate in shared, compensated call coverage across two facilities alongside one other CT surgeon

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time
- Clinic schedule: 1-2 days per week with approximately 12 patients per day
- Surgical schedule: 3-4 OR days per week
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
