Boca Radiology Group (BRG) is seeking a full-time, ABR BE/BC Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join their team-oriented private practice in Boca Raton, FL. This role involves working with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines and 13 coronary CT scanners. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in both thoracic and cardiac imaging and a desire to actively contribute to the growth of the cardiothoracic division.

Practice Info

  • Sub-specialized, diversified, state-of-the-art private practice
  • Covers a tertiary 400-bed hospital with Level 3 ED, 11 outpatient imaging centers, and teleradiology sites
  • Equipped with seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines, specialized MARS techniques, DECT, and SPECT-CT
  • Features 13 coronary CT scanners; cardiac MR performed on 1.5 Tesla and 3 Tesla magnets

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in reading cardiothoracic and thoracic imaging including CT cardiac, cardiac MR, CTA angiograms, body imaging CT and radiography
  • Actively participating in growing the cardiothoracic division

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $400,000-$1,000,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • Relocation support available

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
  • On-site
  • Typical day shift schedule, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
  • Onsite M-F
  • Shift: 8am-5pm EST
  • Call is 1 weekend day shift per month
  • NO OVERNIGHT Responsibility

Requirements

  • ABR BE/BC
  • Completed fellowship training in cardiothoracic imaging or have proficient experience in CT cardiac, cardiac MR, CTA angiograms, and comfortable reading body imaging CT and radiography
  • Board certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging Preferred but not required
  • Proficient experience with reading cardiothoracic imaging required
  • Ability to obtain a Florida license is required
