- Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Service line
- Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- 10-bed ICU unit with an additional 4 Stepdown beds
- Performs 600 cardiac related surgeries per year, including open procedures, transcatheter based therapies, ECMO, and LV support for high-risk PCI
- Part of Northwell Health, New York State's largest healthcare provider
Compensation
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000
- Academic appointment with The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is commensurate with credentials and experience

Requirements
- Fellowship trained in Critical Care or Thoracic Surgery
- Board Certified in Critical Care or Thoracic Surgery
- Primary board certifications can include Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or General Surgery
- Candidates graduating from sub-specialty training will be considered depending upon CTICU experience during fellowship training
