Cardiology RN: Expert Care, Collaborative Team Leader

Baptist Health is seeking a Cardiology RN to supervise nursing staff on shift, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care while covering weekends and holidays.

The RN will use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to implement care plans across the cardiology service line. Active RN licensure and BLS are required; BSN is preferred.
