• License Requirement: Utah medical license and Utah DEA required upon presentation

• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience required
• Experience with cardiovascular surgery coverage and thoracic surgery coverage
• Ability to work independently without NP assistance
• Comfort managing physician call coverage for cardiac and thoracic cases
• Meditech EMR familiarity preferred
• Utah license and Utah DEA in hand at time of presentation

• Provide locum tenens call coverage for designated dates only
• Manage cardiovascular and thoracic surgery cases as needed
• Handle consults, rounding, and perioperative support during call periods
• Work independently while collaborating with the available support team
• Support a service that sees approximately 10-12 patients per week
• Contribute to care involving cardiac surgery and thoracic procedures
• Coordinate with hospital resources to ensure smooth patient coverage and continuity of care
