Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Cardiologist for a full-time locum's opportunity in beautiful Central Pennsylvania. This is an excellent long-term assignment offering a balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and call coverage in a supportive hospital setting.
Position Highlights- Full-time ongoing coverage
- Clinic + hospital-based practice
- 1 2 nights of call/week
- 1:4 1:5 weekend call rotation
- Low callback volume
- EPIC EMR
- Temps available for clean files
- Monday Friday
- Day shifts: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- In lab approximately 3 days/week
- General cardiology consults and follow-ups
- Nuclear reads
- Stress testing
- TEE procedures
- Cardioversions
- Echo monitoring
- Hospital rounding and call coverage
BC/BE in Cardiology
Active PA License or IMLC LOQ REQUIRED
DEA Required
Nuclear Boarded REQUIRED
Echo Boarded REQUIRED
CT Boarded preferred but not required
Minimum 1 year experience
- Acute Care Hospital
- 150 beds
- Adult patient population
- Average patients/day
- Strong APP support available
