What You ll Do

• Conduct inpatient cardiology consults and manage general cardiology cases, including CAD, HTN, and HF
• Supervise stress tests and interpret EKGs & echocardiograms
• Collaborate with support staff, including an APP and medical assistants
• Provide phone call coverage supported by the team
• Document patient care accurately within the EPIC EMR system
• Support hospital rounding and outpatient clinic duties as needed

What You Need

• Valid Illinois medical license and board certification in cardiology
• BLS certification required
• A minimum of 2+ years in clinical cardiology, including inpatient care
• Strong skills in EKG reading, echocardiography, and stress testing
• Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
