Position Highlights

Specialty: Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). We welcome both experienced providers and new graduates who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Services
  • Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
  • Obtain and document medical histories and symptoms
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Provide follow-up care and patient education
• Inpatient Services
  • Round on cardiology patients
  • Assist with stress testing and inpatient cardiovascular management
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Primary Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital with a potential outreach clinic
• EMR: Epic

Pay Summary – The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
