• Shift: M-F, 8 AM 6 PM / 7 on 7 off with occasional weekends

• Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract
• License/Certs: Active NC License and NC DEA required
• Experience: Prior inpatient cardiology APP experience preferred
• EMR Experience: Cerner

What You ll Do:

• Conduct inpatient rounding and patient consultations in cardiology
• Support cardiologists with assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans
• Assist with hospital-based care coordination and follow-up
• Utilize Cerner EMR to document and manage patient records
• Participate in occasional weekend shifts as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing standards

What You Need:

• Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Active NC DEA registration
• Minimum of 2+ years inpatient cardiology experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
