Job Description

• A healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team across multiple locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiology or cardiovascular care and must have Chinese language proficiency to effectively communicate with the patient population.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions
• Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Assist in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order, review, and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
• Manage medications and monitor patient response to treatment
• Provide patient education regarding cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate care with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support continuity of care and appropriate patient follow-up

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure in New York
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National Nurse Practitioner certification
• Chinese language proficiency required
• Cardiology or cardiovascular-care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
