Rates:
- 24 Hour On Call: $ 3650/day (includes rounding)
- Call Back: $400/hour
- Board Certification: BC Interventional Cardiology Required
- State License: WA Highly Preferred will accept IMCL, LOQ Required
- Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Required
