Interventional Cardiologist needed for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Eureka, California. This inpatient cardiology role offers a strong mix of interventional and noninvasive cardiology coverage, along with 24-hour beeper call in a collaborative hospital setting on California's scenic North Coast.

• Board certified or board eligible within 3-5 years of residency
• Active California medical license
• DEA certification required
• ACLS and BLS required
• Active fluoro certification or capability required
• Fellowship training required
• At least 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
• Ability to explain any gaps in clinical history greater than 3 months
• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations prepared for submission

• Provide interventional cardiology coverage with approximately 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive work
• Support inpatient cardiology care and respond to 24-hour beeper call needs
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring interventional and noninvasive cardiology services
• Perform or oversee cardiology-related procedures and coordinate follow-up care
• Participate in NUC reading and NUC activity as required
• Deliver timely, high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment
