Job Summary:

Centennial Heart is seeking a n experienced i nterventional c ardiology advanced practitioner to join our growing cardiovascular program at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee.

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• Ability to work independently
• Full time, M-F
• Ability to also see patients independently in clinic preferred
• Critical care or previous cardiology nursing experience required
