Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive hourly equivalent based on full-time salary range)

What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services at Henry Ford Hospital system locations in Detroit and Warren
• Perform advanced EP procedures including pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, as well as complex ablations
• Participate in inpatient rounding, including shared call shifts, alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with experienced EP cardiologists, surgeons, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Build and manage a patient panel with existing internal referral streams
• Engage in teaching and mentorship within a leading hospital with a large residency and fellowship program
• Contribute to a Level I Trauma Center renowned for high-acuity cardiovascular care
• Use Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic planned for late 2025-early 2026)

What You Need:

• Active Michigan medical license
• Board Certified in Cardiology, with Electrophysiology certification preferred
• Proven experience in EP procedures and patient management
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
