Job Description
13-week Cath Lab Tech assignment with four 10-hour day shifts (6:00 AM-4:30 PM), Monday through Friday. Position includes STEMI call coverage 7-8 days per month, including weekends, holidays, and night call, with a 30-minute response time when on call. The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist assists physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, provides patient care throughout procedures, supports quality improvement initiatives, and assists with training new team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist experience
Current BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Current ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
One of the following credentials required: ARRT-R with MRT, RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or CCDS
Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
Ability to respond within 30 minutes while on call
Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
