Job Description
Seeking a motivated Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract to assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role supports a 24-hour STEMI program and includes opportunities for cross-training in Electrophysiology (EP) and advanced cardiac interventions. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
New graduates considered; 1.5+ years of Cath Lab experience preferred
BLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
ACLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Current ARRT-R with Texas MRT, RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or CCDS certification required
Experience assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures preferred
Ability to participate in STEMI call rotation and remain for case completion as needed
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
