- Facility Location: Potsdam & Massena, NY
- Shifts needed to be filled: 3 Weeks Per Month
- Patient Demographics: Adult Cardiology Patients
- Rounding Included: Yes, Hospital Consult Rotation as Needed
- % of Practice: Approximately 75% Outpatient Clinic / 25% Stress Test Supervision & Consult Services
- Support Staff: APP Support Through September, Nursing and Cardiology Staff
- Specialty Backup: Rochester Regional Cardiology Network
- Case Mix: General Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Stress Testing, Hospital Consults
- Office Equipment: Standard Cardiology Clinic Equipment
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered

- Outpatient Clinic & Stress Test Supervision: Massena Hospital, Massena, NY
- Hospital Consult Service: Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, NY
Responsibilities
- Outpatient Cardiology Evaluations
- Stress Test Supervision
- Nuclear Stress Test Interpretation (Preferred)
Requirements
- AHA or RQI Certifications Required
- Comfortable Working in a Solo Practice Environment
