Cardiologist (Non-Invasive) – Sustainable Practice Model

Position Overview

We are seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive General Cardiologist to join our physician-owned multispecialty clinic. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care, including diagnostic imaging, electrocardiology, and management of complex cardiac patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology services to patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions.
• Perform diagnostic studies, including imaging modalities and electrophysiology evaluations.
• Manage community-based congestive heart failure and other chronic cardiac conditions.
• Share general call in proportion to FTE status with approximately 12 physicians.
• Participate in education of medical students, residents, and clinical research opportunities.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to maintain an established referral network.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Cardiology.
• Experience in non‑invasive cardiology; experience in congestive heart failure management is preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-acuity cardiovascular care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a collegial, supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $575,000 - $615,000 base with upside production incentives. Salary is guaranteed with potential upside.
