Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cardiologist role. The Cardiologist will evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and preventive cardiology needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests (such as ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and relevant imaging), and developing individualized treatment plans in alignment with current guidelines. The role may involve performing non-invasive and, if applicable, interventional or nuclear cardiology procedures, coordinating care with primary care clinicians and specialists, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions. The Cardiologist will also document encounters thoroughly, ensure appropriate follow-up, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support patient education to promote long-term cardiovascular health.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Cardiology.
• Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the state of New Jersey
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills, with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-specialty team environment and participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.
