- Utilizes EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
Responsibilities
- Provide general cardiology coverage across clinic and inpatient settings on an on-site basis
- Manage conditions that include coronary artery disease, hypertension, and heart failure
- Conduct clinic visits with a volume of 11-20 patients per day
- Perform inpatient rounding of 1-3 patients per day
- Provide after-hours call coverage structured as tele-only
- Complete all clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system
Shift & Schedule

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- After-hours call coverage is required and is structured as tele-only
Requirements
- Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases required
- Prescriptive authority required
