- Admissions & Rounding: Required for inpatient cardiology services; 1:4 weekend rounding rotation
- Consults & Follow-Ups: Ongoing cardiology consults, diagnostic interpretations, and continuity management
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General cardiology, noninvasive diagnostics, cardiac catheterization, and cardiovascular disease management
Facility & Team Details
- Beds in Department/Unit: Cardiology services supported across a multi-location practice and affiliated hospital settings
- EMR System: Modern electronic medical record systems used across practice locations
- Specialty Backup: Collaboration with cardiologists, APPs, and integrated hospital specialists
- Support Staff: Team includes 2 physicians and 3 APPs, supported by clinical and administrative personnel

Required Skills & Qualifications
- State License Required: Active Arizona license or eligibility via IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
- Experience: More than 2 years preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
- Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, treadmill stress tests, vascular ultrasound, holter monitors, and event monitors
- Perform interventional cardiology procedures including diagnostic catheterization, emergency and elective angioplasty, and stenting
- Participate in practice call one week per month and 1:4 weekend rounding rotation
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support team-based patient care
- Contribute to practice growth and uphold high standards of cardiovascular care
