Interventional Cardiologist – Structural Heart | Washington Health, Fremont, CA
Washington Health is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist with advanced training or strong interest in Structural Heart to join and help grow our established and expanding program in Fremont, California.
This is a unique opportunity to practice high-level, complex interventional cardiology within a community-based health system that values physician leadership, collaboration, and innovation—while offering access to advanced technology and an engaged referral network.
Structural Heart Program Highlights
You will play a key role in the continued development of a comprehensive Structural Heart Program, including:
Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
- Established program with multidisciplinary Heart Team support
Transcatheter Mitral Valve Therapies
- Opportunities to expand mitral repair and replacement capabilities
- Growing atrial fibrillation population and strong procedural demand
Our program is supported by experienced cardiac anesthesia, imaging specialists, and dedicated cath lab staff, enabling high-quality outcomes and efficient workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
- Structural Heart experience or dedicated interest required
- TAVR experience preferred; Mitral and WATCHMAN experience a plus
- Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care
