Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions
- Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests like echocardiograms and stress tests
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
- Educating patients on heart health and preventive care
- Maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA
- Participating in flexible on-call coverage
Qualifications
- Doctorate from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease
- Active NY medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Experience with EHR systems; eClinicalWorks preferred
