We are actively seeking a skilled Cardiologist for a 120-day assignment in Illinois. This role involves 24-hour shifts, requiring onsite presence from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM followed by overnight call, with weekend coverage as part of a 1:4 call rotation. The chosen Physician will manage general cardiology cases, perform TEEs, conduct inpatient hospital rounding, and handle new cardiology consults.
Practice Info

- Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per day
- Team-based coverage model with an APN providing support during hospital rotations
Shift & Schedule
- 120-day assignment
- 24-hour shifts, requiring onsite presence from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM followed by overnight call
- Weekend coverage as part of a 1:4 call rotation
Responsibilities
- Manage general cardiology cases.
- Perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE).
- Conduct inpatient hospital rounding and new cardiology consults.
- Provide cardiology coverage and respond to consults as needed.

Qualifications
- Board Certification: Cardiology
