Cardiac Surgical Technologist: First Assistant

Beacon Health Options is seeking a Surgical Technologist First Assist (CSTFA) for the Cardiac Team. The role is full-time, day shift (7:00am-5:30pm) in the Surgery department.

Responsibilities include assisting surgeons, maintaining aseptic technique, equipment prep, and postoperative evaluation across patient populations. The position requires the ability to guide and supervise other surgical technicians to achieve high-quality care and cost-effective outcomes.
