Cardiac Surgery First Assist NP – Lead in Complex CABG Care

University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD, is seeking an experienced Cardiac Surgery First Assist PA or RNFA to join the team.

The role involves performing first and second assist duties in complex cardiac procedures and conduit harvesting, with a four 10-hour shift schedule and shared night/weekend call. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree as a PA or NP with RNFA, Maryland PA/NP licensure, and BLS certification; three years cardiac surgery experience is preferred
