Cardiac Surgeon
We are seeking a cardiac surgeon to work full-time or part‑time at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited Medical School
- Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery
- Expertise in TAVR required; other catheter‑based skills desirable
- At least five years of post‑fellowship experience preferred
- Verifiable excellent outcomes
Job Summary
- Full spectrum of adult cardiac surgical procedures, including TAVR
- Employed at Sinai Hospital, full‑time or part‑time
- Two cardiac operating rooms with dedicated staff
- Dedicated Cardiac ICU staff
- Support from 20‑25 Advanced Practice Providers system‑wide (24/7/365)
- Twenty‑eight days of PTO, 5 days of CME, and $7,500 reimbursement opportunity for CME and professional expenses
- Competitive salary and benefits structure; base salary for a full‑time 1.0 physician ranges from $675‑850K depending on experience, with additional wRVU and quality incentive opportunities
