Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Pay Rate: $2,300 To 2,560/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (8- or 10-hour shifts)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Sonography experience with prior travel experience required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week travel assignment at Arthur M. Blank Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. You will perform high-quality pediatric cardiac ultrasound examinations in a non-invasive cardiology setting while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
• Perform pediatric echocardiograms and non-invasive cardiac ultrasound procedures
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Prepare patients for cardiac imaging procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the examination
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with facility protocols
• Collaborate with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
• Float to other areas as needed based on department requirements
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Sonography experience
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Current ARDMS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in Pediatric Cardiac Sonography preferred
• Must pass nicotine screening (Nicotine-Free Facility)
• Flu vaccination required during flu season (no exemptions)
